Memorial garden that flowers on the anniversary

Summarised from a news item in the Independent (June 16th '97).

A memorial garden in the grounds of St Andrew's Parish Church in Ombersley (Hereford & Worcester) has been created in memory of the murdered French student Celine Figard, who was found dead in a lay-by near Ombersley. Many of the flowers and plants originate from France. The garden will flower every February, on approximately the anniversary of Celine Figard's death, with white daffodils, narcissi and wild flowering bulbs.
