Teaching Knowledge Workers how to effectively work with knowledge - most of them don't know how to do so yet!
The Social Invention:
Lists of concepts organized into a mindmap, the purpose of which is to provide a framework for processing information and guiding action during Knowledge Work. Despite the fact that we are creating a global knowledge economy, no one else has actually explained what the essence of Knowledge Work really is - so there is widespread ignorance about the very basis of this new economy.
