The Problem:
Providing a creative outlet for artists to demonstrate their skill.
The Social Invention:
Graffiti tagging has to be one of the most pointless braindead pastimes in the world, but a lot of these guys 'n' gals have some real talent. Often what they lack is a suitable outlet, or canvas, for their creativity.
On the other hand we have acres and acres of covered, often multistorey, car parks that are a blight on the landscape. The ceilings of these carparks would provide
an almost unlimited surface area for such folk to show what their capable of.
At the same time it would make going shopping or to work a more cultural experience. With that much canvas at their disposal, they could even have competitive paint-offs and reality TV series.
Michelangelo got nothing but praise for his efforts, so why the bloody hell not, hey?
