The Problem:
Giving anyone a chance to have their view heard by many.
The Social Invention:
An area of Hyde Park's Speakers' Corner could feature a webcam that focuses on one speaker. The webcam would be viewable on a website created for Speakers' Corner.
The website would compile the best (and the worst!) speakers and give visitors the chance to vote for their favourites.
The idea could be expanded to include other towns and cities, with a 'speaking point' becoming a familiar part of each town and city.
