The Problem:
Lack of contact between local websites

The Social Invention:
At the moment the internet is globally flat in the sense a link could lead to a website that is anywhere in the world.

It might be nice to have links that could distinguish which sites are locally close to which sites.

This develops a geographicalness to websites. So for instance if you are surfing local websites and you are intereste in astronomy you could find websites about astronomy close to you. This might then possibly lead you to contacting the person who put up the local astronomy website and developing a friendship with that person.

Such a geographical based internet could lead to a greater sense of community as people would get into contact a lot more with each other through the internet.

A geographical internet can lead to more local economic trade which is good for the health of a community.
