The Problem:
Overcrowding at leisure facilities. No way to know busyness in advance.
The Social Invention:
A centralised website could be created where leisure facilities - such as swimming baths, sports centres, cinemas and theatres - can indicate their current crowd numbers. The website would give indications to crowding by webcam, till rates, and bookings. The information could also be available by phone.
As more people would elect to choose quiet times, long term custom could increase.
