A website, perhaps in the form of a searchable database, on which people could post apologies for their past actions. Posters could choose to identify themselves in full or elliptically but still in a way that their victims could identify them. Apologies posted could be a prelude to forgiveness. This site would mean that the poster would not have to contact the victim directly to apologise: this would benefit victims who didn't want to hear from the poster who didn't want to be reminded about something they might have put behind them.
