Friends of The Natural Death Centre
Please help the Natural Death Centre to stay in existence. If you can afford it:
(1) Please become a Friend of the Natural Death Centre by filling in the standing order below for £5 per month (more if you can and less if in financial hardship) and returning it to the address above (NOT to your bank). The optional extra Gift Aid donation (below) may allow the Natural Death Centre to reclaim tax if you pay UK taxes.
(2) Please also consider leaving the Centre some money in your Will, to help those who come after you who are dying at home (if you already have a will, simply fill in the codicil form below and leave it with your will or send it to the person looking after your will - without stapling it or attaching it to your will in any way. Your signature will need witnessing by two people).
